Broadleaf Strategic Investment Portfolios

Broadleaf Strategic Investment Portfolios

The Broadleaf Strategic Investment Portfolios (STRIPs) are three actively managed investment portfolios designed for investors of varying risk tolerances and investment objectives. We manage all client portfolios separately using one of three actively managed investment models.

Details of STRIPs

At Broadleaf Partners, our strategies employ a risk adjusted approach. This approach is appropriate for investors who desire to place their entire investment portfolio under our management instead of only their growth equity allocation. With the STRIPs, your investment portfolio is created to meet your specific needs, objectives and risk tolerances. Once we have determined your risk profile, we will manage your account on a fully discretionary basis. The types of investments we use may include other style-based mutual funds, international investments, fixed income securities and exchange traded funds, among others.

STRIPs Specifics

The minimum account value for STRIPs is $100,000. Fees are 1% per year of assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears. Breakpoints are available at specific asset levels. Broadleaf Partners does not directly hold client assets, but we maintain custodial relationships with Charles Schwab for all STRIPs accounts.
