He is a graduate of Miami University, magna cum laude, and holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Doug is also a CFA Charterholder. He is a trustee of Peg’s Foundation and is active in a number of church related ministries, including Boy Scout Troop 778 in Akron and Urban Vision. Doug loves anything to do with the great outdoors, particularly hiking and sporting clays, and has become a big fan of baseball and the Cleveland Guardians, having watched his boys play in their youth. Doug lives in Boston Heights with his wife Lisa. He has four adult children, Pete, who is an analyst at Broadleaf, Molly, a nurse living in Rocky River, Norman an engineering graduate from the University of Cincinnati, and Johnny, an upcoming junior at Auburn University.
